Philips To Release Xenium X810 Mobile Phone

Philips is going to release the Xenium X810 in China as a successor to the previously released Xenium X800.The X810 features a 240 x 400 pixels TFT touchscreen display with 262K colors, and a navigation pad that’s probably touch-sensitive.

Philips Xenium X810 Mobile Phone features:

  • Quad band GSM connectivity with EDGE (no 3G)
  • 3.2 MP camera with flash
  • Media player
  • Bluetooth

  • 45MB of internal memory

 TRENDnet Releases 300Mbps Wireless N USB Adapter

TRENDnet has announced the availability of its new 300Mbps Dual Band Wireless N USB Adapter, model TEW-664UB. It enables users to network their computer to a wireless network using either the 2.4GHz or 5GHz radio frequency. The device also uses an advanced wireless encryption to protect data communication and the latest in MIMO attenna technology to ensure the fastest communication speeds that wireless n technology provides. The TEW-664UB supports Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems and retails for $60.

iRiver Wave Home in Korea

iRiver will release the Wave Home in the Korean market via KT. This communications device has been introduced at CES 2009. Phone capability comes from a removable handset plopped into its back. Video conferencing is courtesy of a 1.3MP shooter in the top. You can control the iRiver Wave Home through the 7-inch, 800 x 480 pixel resolution touch screen.

i-mate 810-F Windows Mobile 6.1 smartphone

Here is a new tough smartphone, which is dubbed as the i-mate 810-F. This Windows Mobile-powered handset will be released at MWC 2009. The main features of the i-mate-810-F are GSM and HSDPA connectivity, a QVGA impact-resistant touchscreen display, Full QWERTY keyboard, GPS, WiFi, built-in digital compass, Bluetooth, Secure i-Q software, 2MP camera and 624 Mhz CPU. Unfortunately, this rugged phone is the only phone to be released by the company in Spain.

The Toshiba QWXW comes with a powerful nVidia GeForce 9800M GTS with 1GB of VRAM, a 128GB SSD and 160GB of HDD, a 2.66GHz Core 2 Duo T9550 and a DVD Super multi drive. The basic model comes with a 2GB of RAM and retails for approx. €2435, after conversion.
