
At first glance, the DBS comes across as little more than a DB9 ‘special edition’ with a loud bodykit and a few extra horses under the hood. However Aston Martin is adamant that the DBS is a completely different car, at least in character and feel, if not styling. In fact, the DBS has all the ingredients for a brutal sports car rather than a Grand Tourer: a hand built V12 engine with 517 horsepower, upgraded suspension from the DB9, ceramic brakes, huge 20” tires that are 245/35 at the front and 295/30 at the rear and a stability control system with a track mode.More Here


The auto-leader has unveiled yet another revolutionary concept for 2008 titled Nissan Forum that boasts amazing features including intercom, cockpit-styled rotating seats in the second row, sliding doors, futuristic-looking center console, built-in kids-cam to keep an eye on the kids in the back row, Bose audio system that works in conjunction with DVD- player, navigation system and satellite radio, a one-button audio muting system, second- and third-row monitoring cameras, individual seat-mounted speakers for every row and a microwave oven located between the front seats with a package of popcorn to enjoy quick snack. Designed by grad students, “Splinter” is “a 600-hp, 2,500-pound goer with wood used for the chassis, body, and parts of the suspension and wheels.”
The car is powered by a twin-supercharged Northstar V8. To keep all that heat from doing bad things to the wood, the exhaust exits from the top of the block and out through mufflers in the wing — which, as you might guess, makes the non-wooden wing quite hot
