GM Daewoo revealed its hydrogen fuel cell vehicle ‘Equinox’ during BIMOS 2008, which can accelerate from 0 to 100km/h in 12 seconds and reach a top speed of 160km/h.
Displaying a total of 12 Asia Premieres, 10 Korea Premieres, 11 concept cars and 13 eco-friendly cars, the Busan International Motor Show 2008 is held at BEXCO for 11 days from May 2 2008 to May 12, 2008.
BENTLEY presented its ‘Continental GT Speed’ during BIMOS 2008, which is powered by W12-BiTurbo engine. The twin-turbo W12 mill from standard Continental GT breathes better thanks to a redesigned and more upright grille, and its ECU has also been hacked resulting in a nice round 600bhp, a 48bhp bump. 20-inch wheels wrapped in ultra low-profile rubber, a new steering wheel not shared with VW, and optional carbon ceramic brakes round out the hardware upgrades. All told, 60 MPH should arrive in 4.2 seconds and the Continental GT Speed’s 202 MPH top speed officially makes it the fastest Bentley ever made, as well.

The rectangular cushions and geometric form of the seating is uniquely modern - something you might find in an up-to-date urban apartment with a strict emphasis on the minimal. A modular system, coffee tables in burled walnut or brushed porphyry can connect the Smith Lounge benches, or the elements can be pushed together to create a spacious sofa alternative. The benches come in one size, but with two differently sized backrests which can be positioned in various areas. Decorative cushions and armrests are available to add to the look, making it just how you desire. Versatile furniture for how you live now… the Smith Lounge System is new from Minotti.

Western Digital Korea announced the launch of its new 10,000 rpm hard drive ‘VelociRaptor’ in Korea market in mid of May.
The latest in Western Digital’s family of Raptor 10,000 rpm drives, the 300GB VelociRaptor doubles the capacity of WD’s previous-generation 150GB Raptor drive.
WD squeezed its 10,000 rpm drive into a 2.5-inch chassis. Although the drive itself measures only 2.5-inches, the VelociRaptor is designed for a 3.5-inch drive bay.
Heat generation remains a constant concern with hard drives, particularly when the drive is spinning as rapidly as it does on a 10,000 rpm model. WD tackles the issue head on by mounting the 2.5-inch VelociRaptor drive into a heat sink sled. The IcePack heat sink helps the VelociRaptor run cooler than the previous-generation Raptor.
WD plans to target the drive at gamers and PC enthusiasts first, even though the VelociRaptor has been designed for enterprise-class applications, too, and the company expects it to be adopted in enterprise settings as well.
Suggested price is 299(USD).
